CEO, Foundation for Mental Health
Tracy joined the Ontario Shores Foundation as the new CEO in November 2022, ripe from her role as Vice-President, Donor Engagement and Operations at the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation. She has also held leadership roles with World Wildlife Fund during her 25+ year fundraising career.
A strategic, results-oriented leader, Tracy prides herself on her authentic relationship building and strong business acumen. She brings her passion for mental health advocacy – rooted in her own personal connection to mental health - to Ontario Shores with a vision to ignite change at a time when demand for mental health care is at an unprecedented high.
