First Responder Assist - For First Responders Only
First Responder Assist provides an interprofessional team dedicated to serving the psychological needs of all Public Safety Personnel/First Responders in the province and offers treatment in the form of individual therapy in both virtual and in-person formats. Grove School Secondary Support Program (17-21 years)
The Secondary School Education Program provides patients under the age of 21 with an opportunity to earn Ontario Secondary School credits, while they are receiving treatment. Based on a partnership between the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores) and the Durham District School Board (DDSB), this program offers a supportive and authentic learning environment where students work with an Ontario-certified secondary school teacher. Health Care Worker Assist - For Health Care Workers only (18+ years)
The Ministry of Health and Ontario Health have partnered with five hospitals to provide confidential support for community and health care workers managing stressors related to COVID-19 and other crises. The program provides quick access to a trained mental health professional to help you manage your stress and build resiliency and coping skills. Learn more

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (18+ years)
Individuals with depression and anxiety-related conditions will have access to different services in the OSP program. The service or services recommended will depend on what’s most appropriate for their needs, with most clients starting with self-administered strategies. Learn more

Vocational Rehabilitation Service (18-65 years)
Vocational Rehabilitation Services utilizes the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to support competitive, community-based employment for individuals. IPS is an evidence-based approach that supports individuals with mental illness to obtain and maintain employment. Learn more
