Meet Alma, Administrative Assistant for Parking, Security, and Switchboard. She has been with Ontario Shores for 21 years, beginning her career in housekeeping before moving on to work for OPSEU in Labour Relations, where she served as Secretary and Treasurer, as well as co-chairing the Health and Safety Committee as an employee representative. Alma is inspired to continue #RisingUp for Ontario Shores because, in her opinion, Ontario Shores has allowed her to grow. "I am grateful Ontario Shores has allowed me to have the best career and be a part of this wonderful organization," Alma says. "I enjoy coming to work every day and interacting with our patients and assisting them by simply conversing, and I am honoured to be an ambassador for this wonderful organization."
