Biography
Christina Fuda is Ontario Shores' Mental Health First Aid Coordinator. She has trained tens of thousands of people across the country in various mental health workplace training workshops and seminars over the last eight years. 

She has appeared on both Breakfast Television and Global News, where she was invited to discuss how to improve workplace mental health in more depth. She has spoken at international conferences about the importance of mental health training as part of workplace health and safety strategies during her time at Ontario Shores. 
Christina has also played an important role in establishing collaborations between Ontario Shores and organizations such as Ontario Power Generation, the City of Toronto, General Motors, Honda, The Beer Store, Impala Canada, and others. 

She previously earned a MA in developmental neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Her mission is to use her knowledge to continue educating people and communities with various backgrounds about the importance of developing a mentally healthy and safe work environment.
