Being aboard the Change Train means successfully making the adjustments by working with what is rather than with what used to be. It means trusting ourselves and others as we travel together into unknown territories, honoring what used to be, trusting what is, and creating the future.

Rosita will challenge participants to take responsibility for their emotional, mental and physical health as well as to tap into their unlimited reserve of talent, skills, tools and resources to assist them along the way, and to accept the realities of ongoing change. Doing so will increase the likelihood of traveling via the Change Train versus the mind-numbing Fuss Bus!

When we each adjust our outlook, take care of our physical and emotional response to change, we increase the likelihood of operating from a place of excellence and creating top notch results. Are you ready for the ride?
