Enthusiasm and patience are Carol's trademarks, as she delivers software training solutions in a variety of formats - Classroom, Walk Abouts, Desk side coaching, Workshop, customized sessions, online webinars and conferences.  Presenter/speaker for IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) Ontario events, the Administrative Assistants Association, Administrative Professionals Conference (APC) Toronto April 2015 and 2016, IncentiveWorks 2016 and Boot Camp for the Independent Accountants' Investment Counsel in 2016.  In addition to training, she has developed quick reference cards of mouse and keyboard shortcuts.

Carol believes in lifelong learning and as such, is certified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master Instructor.  She is an active member of the Computer Trainers Network (CTN) and the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).  Her personal time is devoted to family and volunteer organizations such as Burlington’s Sound of Music Festival, The Movember Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Toronto 2015 PanAm/ParaPan Games.  Carol lives in Burlington and has two adult children and four grandchildren living nearby.

Rosita Hall

Entrepreneur extraordinaire, Speaker, Coach & Canadian best selling author Rosita Hall is a force to be reckoned with. She’s bold and she’s fierce however those who know her best describe her as the Motivation Sensation with a BIG heart.

She inspires others to walk unapologetically in their authentic truth each day, to care deeply for their hearts and souls and to seize the opportunities with their name on it. Rosita Hall holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor. She spent over 26 years in various leadership positions. For the past 17 years, she has been operating her own speaking and consulting business – Motivated Minds. She has spoken to thousands of individuals/companies in leadership, self-care, motivation, entrepreneurship, change and teamwork.

She has won numerous awards for her leadership capabilities. She is a past nominee for the YWCA of Hamilton Women of Distinction Award in the category of trailblazer, and a recipient of the Woman of Courage Award. In February of 2015 she was honoured at a gala event by Illuminessence e-magazine with the Legacy of Excellence Award for her professional achievement and work in leading, inspiring and encouraging others. She was recently nominated for and has been selected as one of the 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada.

She believes in the power of giving back and can be found actively volunteering in her community when she is not on the road. She is a founding member of the Women with Passion and Purpose conference that raises money for local charities. However, she says her greatest accomplishment is the loving and fun relationship she has with her husband Norm (of 35 years) and her two sons Joshua and Chris.

Christina Fuda

Christina Fuda
Christina Fuda is the Mental Health First Aid Coordinator at Ontario Shores. Over the past two years she has trained more than 2000 people from various backgrounds and organizations to recognize and assist colleagues, friends and family living with mental illnesses. Christina is a graduate from York University with a masters degree in neurosciences and a bachelors degree in psychology.

She was one of the key stakeholders in gathering a strong partnership between Ontario Shores and Ontario Power generation. From this partnership Christina has trained over 200 OPG leaders to assist with promoting a mentally healthy safe work environment.

Christina has worked with other organizations such as The Beer Store, Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Borden Ladner & Gergvais LLP and the Town of Whitby.

Her goal is to continue educating and informing people on the importance of a mentally safe and healthy work environment. •Christina is a certified to teach Mental Health First Aid as well as all Ontario Shores Workplace Training Workshops and Seminars.

Amber Smith

I'm on a mission to bring joy to people's lives everyday through learning, leadership, and organizational development strategies. As a Learning & Development Specialist at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, I have used these same strategies to build capability among our staff for psychological health and safety in the workplace. As a lifelong learner, I have pursued education in the fields of Theology, Adult Education, and Educational Leadership.
