Kori Kingsbury

With over 25 years in the health care sector, Kori Kingsbury has held executive positions in British Columbia and Ontario, providing strategic leadership and support for health system planning and service delivery across the continuum of care. Most recently as the Chief Executive Officer for the Cardiac Care Network of Ontario (2007-2017), she has worked extensively with key stakeholders to improve cardiac, stroke and vascular care across Ontario, developing evidence-informed best practices, measuring and reporting on quality and outcomes, and informing decisions related to planning, service delivery and resource allocations.

Ms. Kingsbury holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Queens University, a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of British Columbia, and has completed the Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ms. Kingsbury’s continuing education has focused on governance, accountability and strategic oversight in the public and private sectors; she holds an ICD.D designation and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Quality Management in Healthcare (Ontario), and the Advisory Board for the BC Centre for Improved Cardiovascular Health (British Columbia).
