Leading Edge

This program is for employees who are looking to transition into a leadership role, are newly appointed leaders, or employees who are informal leaders.

The Buddy Program

The Buddy Program is for new clinical staff to stay connected with Human Resources during their first year of service at Ontario Shores. The goal is to provide non-clinical support to new employees, making their transition to working at Ontario Shores positive, memorable and rewarding.

The new employee’s assigned “Buddy” will follow them through their first year of service, connecting with them on a quarterly basis.

The ultimate goal of the Buddy Program is to provide new employees with a continuous positive worklife at Ontario Shores as well as improve the worklife of our current staff.
