Balanced Score Card

Transparency and accountability are important to us as an organization.  They represent our commitment to measure our performance and the value we place on communicating our performance to patients, staff, community and other healthcare providers.

In 2008, Ontario Shores introduced the Balanced Score Card to measure our performance in four main areas: customer, hospital process, financial, learning and growth.

The Board of Directors and Senior Management Team use this tool to evaluate our performance and to measure the success of our initiatives. The Balanced Score Card indicates how our activities support the strategic directions of the organization.
